| At Luxury Business Jets, client safety if our highest priority. All charter aircraft carriers are required to be certified by the FAA and meet the Part 135 requirement of the Federal Aviation Regulations; however, this certification alone does not meet the Luxury Business Jets standard. In addition to FAA certification, we require and review aircraft operator ratings provided by Wyvern and ARG/US, the most respected independent charter intelligence and auditing agencies, review aircraft ownership and management team, and verify pilot experience and certification. Most importantly, Luxury Business Jets requires additional safety records from each and every operator we work with on a quarterly basis and require scheduled and random inspections and audits be conducted in order to verify and certify each Operator for charter trips. |
| We require at least $50 Million in liability insurance for each flight (and up to $125 million, depending on the aircraft type and number of passengers) and verify such insurance documentation on a regular basis. At the client’s request, they may be added as an additional insured on the air carrier’s policy, which can be done within 1-2 business days and at no additional cost to our clients. In an effort to make our clients’ flights seamless, Luxury Business Jets takes all measures to ensure client safety, which is demonstrated by our perfect safety record. |
