Your Safety is Our Priority

Before any charter aircraft is even considered for a charter flight, Luxury Business Jets provides our clients’ the peace-of-mind in knowing that all due diligence is exhausted to ensure flight safety. While all aircraft carriers are required to be certified by the FAA and meet the Part 135 requirement of the Federal Aviation Regulations, this certification alone does not meet the Luxury Business Jets safety standard.

A Comprehensive Approach

We hold ourselves to a higher safety standard and are devoted to reviewing and assessing all safety protocols on a regular basis - quarterly and again prior to all flight departures . We are also proud to be one of the few charter companies that not only require, but consistently review, aircraft operator ratings. We meticulously evaluate both ARG/US Cheq reports and Wyvern Pass reports before every charter flight. Our commitment to passenger flight safety is unwavering.

Additionally, we scrutinize the aircraft management teams and thoroughly verify the credentials and flight experience of both the Pilot in Command and the Second Pilot in Command. But we don't stop there. We take safety to a whole new level by demanding additional safety records for each charter aircraft we use on a quarterly basis. We also mandate scheduled and random inspections to ensure that an aircraft meets our stringent safety standards before it's certified for a Luxury Business Jets flight.

We always insist that aircraft operators carry a minimum of $75 million in liability insurance, with coverage extending up to $300 million, depending on the aircraft's type and size. We meticulously verify air carrier insurance certificates on a quarterly basis and before every flight. We are delighted to offer our clients Additionally Insured policies upon request, at no additional cost. Our rigorous safety requirements reflect our unwavering commitment to your safety, and our impeccable safety record stands as a testament to this commitment.
